Soil Tester on December 1, 2013, for designing a soil dispersal component. The CST's report was submitted in
accordance with section COMM 85.60(2), Wis. Adm. Code. The design of the soil dispersal component shall
he in accordance with chapter SPS 383, Wis. Adm. Code.

• This approval is limited to the tested area represented by sample soil profiles described by Mary Jo Huppert,
CST, on December I, 2013. This documentation of soil morphology may not be applied to any other portion of
the subject parcel, or to other parcels.
