ST RO .,, RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF A USED VAN
' ' TO THE ST. CROIX COUNTY HEALTH CENTER
1 Resolution Accepting the Donation of a Used Van to the St. Croix County Health Center

3 WHEREAS, Dr. Allen Medini donated a used van to the St. Croix County Health Center
4 to be used at the Health Center for physical therapy purposes; and
5
6 WHEREAS, the estimated value of the 2008 Chrysler van donated by Dr. Medini is
7 $3,000; and

9 WHEREAS, the use of the donation will be accounted for by the St. Croix County Health
10 Center; and
11
12 WHEREAS,pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 59.52(19), the county board has the authority to
13 accept donations for any government purpose within the power of the county; and
14
15 THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors to accept the
16 donation of a used van from Dr. Allen Medini, with an estimated value of$3,000 to be used for
17 the purposes of physical therapy at the St. Croix County Health Center.
