REINTEGRATION FUND
1 Resolution Accepting Donation for Community Reintegration Fund

3 WHEREAS, Mona Fay Pett identified the St. Croix County Department of Health and
4 Human Services as a beneficiary in her Last Will and Testament; and
5
6 WHEREAS, the donation amount is $8,140; and
7
8 WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament requested that the funds be used for assistance,
9 including loans, to persons with mental health related issues; and
10
11 WHEREAS, the Community Reintegration Loan Fund and Behavioral Health Division
12 eligibility requirements for use of the loan fund will be accounted for by St. Croix County Health
13 and Human Services; and
14
15 WHEREAS,pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 59.52(19), the county board has the authority to
16 accept donations for any government purpose within the power of the county.

18 THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors to accept the
19 donation of$8,140 to be allocated to the Community Reintegration Loan Fund for the St. Croix
20 County Department of Health and Human Services.
