CROIX COUNTY CODE OF ' �' ORDINANCES CHAPTER 17 SUBCHAPTER III SECTION 17.30 SHORELAND OVERLAY DISTRICTS §§17.30 G.3.A.2) AND 4); 17.30 G.3.13.4)AND 5); 17.30 GA.A.; 17.30 HA.E.; AND 17.30 M.1.B.3), 4)AND 5) 1 WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes §59.692 requires counties to adopt shoreland zoning 2 ordinances for the protection of all shorelands on navigable waters in unincorporated areas; and 3 4 WHEREAS, Wisconsin Administrative Code NR 115, Wisconsin's Shoreland Protection 5 Program, establishes the statewide standards for shoreland zoning; and 6 7 WHEREAS, Section 17.30, Shoreland Overlay Districts needs to be updated to address 8 recent changes to §59.692 Wis Stats and NR 115 WI Admin. Code; and 9 10 WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Community Development Committee held a public 11 hearing on the proposed amendments on March 17, 2016; and 12 13 WHEREAS, the Community Development Committee recommends approval of the 14 proposed amendments to Shoreland Overlay Districts §§17.30 G.3.a.2) and 4); 17.30 G.3.b.4) 15 and 5); 17.30 GA.a.; 17.30 HA.e.; and 17.30 M.l.b.3), 4) and 5) as shown in the attached 16 document, titled County Board Draft April 19, 2016. 17 18 THEREFORE, the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: 19 20 Chapter 17, Subchapter III, Section 17.30 Shoreland Overlay Districts, §§17.30 G.3.a.2) 21 and 4); 17.30 G.3.b.4) and 5); 17.30 GA.a.; 17.30 HA.e.; and 17.30 M.l.b.3), 4) and 5)is 22 hereby amended as shown in the attached document titled County Board Draft and dated 23 April 19, 2016. 24 25 FURTHER be it resolved that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does ordain the 26 amendments will take effect on May 15, 2016.
