HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 2016 (844) Ordinance No. 844 (2016) ST �RQ��,,w �� � UNTY AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE - SECTION 2, T31N, R19W, TOWN OF SOMERSET - BENCK/TRAISER PROPERTY 1 ORDINANCE NO. 2 AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE, 3 SECTION 2,T31N, R19W,TOWN OF SOMERSET 4 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows: 5 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the County of St. 6 Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described property: 7 Three parcels of land located in Section 2, Township 31 North, Range 19 West,Town of 8 Somerset, more particularly described as follows: 9 PARCEL A: From Commercial District to AG-2 Agricultural District 10 Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence along the east 11 line thereof N01036'38"E a distance of 448.06 feet to the point of beginning; 12 thence continuing along said line N01036'38"E a distance of 74.66 feet; 13 thence along the north line of said Lot 1 N88050'55"W a distance of 250.00 14 feet; thence along the west line of said Lot 1 S01036'38"E a distance of 15 10.46 feet; thence S74025'04"E a distance of 257.61 feet to the point of 16 beginning. Containing 10,640 square feet. 17 and; 18 PARCEL B: From Commercial District to AG-2 Agricultural District 19 Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence along the east line 20 thereof N01036'38"E a distance of 135.95 feet; thence S18001'25"W a 21 distance of 142.05 feet to the south line of said Lot 1; thence along said 22 south line S88050'55"E a distance of 40.14 feet to the point of beginning. 23 Containing 2,728 square feet. 24 and; 25 PARCEL C: From AG-2 Agricultural District to Commercial District 26 Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 1 of that Certified Survey Map 27 recorded in Volume 5 of said maps on Page 1411 in the office of the St. 28 Croix County Register of Deeds; thence along the east line thereof 29 N01036'38"E a distance of 135.95 feet to the point of beginning; thence 30 continuing along said line N01036'38"E a distance of 312.11 feet; thence 31 S74025'04"E a distance of 88.27 feet; thence S18001'25"W a distance of 32 303.10 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 13,367 square feet. 33 The official zoning map of the Town of Somerset on file in the Community 34 Development Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance. 35 This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in 36 Section 59.14 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
