ST. ~~ AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE - SECTION 30, TOWN 31 N, RANGE 17W - TOWN
OF STANTON - KRUMM
1 ORDINANCE NO.
2 AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE,
3 SECTION 30,T31N, R17W,TOWN OF STANTON
4 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows:
5 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the County of St.
6 Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described property from
7 Rural Residential District to Commercial District:
8 Commencing at the Southwest Corner of Section 30; thence, along the
9 south line of the SW 1/4 of Section 30, N89040'02"E a distance of 942.80
10 feet; thence N00001'44"W a distance of 60.06 feet; thence, along the
11 exterior boundary of Lot 3 of a Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 21
12 Page 5229, N00001'44W a distance of 160.00 feet; thence continuing along
13 said boundary, N89040'09"E a distance of 95.00 feet to the point of
14 beginning; thence continuing along said boundary, N89040'09"E a distance
15 of 154.00 feet; thence continuing along said boundary, S00001'44"E a
16 distance of 160.00 feet to the northerly right of way of State Trunk Highway
17 64; thence S89040'09"W a distance of 169.00 feet; thence N00001'44W a
18 distance of 112.00 feet; thence N89040'09"E a distance of 15.00 feet; thence
19 N00001'44W a distance of 48.00 feet to the point of beginning. Containing
20 0.604 acres of land.
21 The official zoning map of the Town of Stanton on file in the Community Development
22 Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.
23 This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in Section 59.14
24 of the Wisconsin Statutes. This ordinance shall not be codified.
