ST. ~~ AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE - SECTION 13, TOWN 30 N, RANGE 20W, TOWN
OF SOMERSET (RUSSELL, DALE, AND DOYLE PROPERTY
OWNERS)
1 ORDINANCE NO.
2 AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE,
3 SECTION 13,T30N, R20W, TOWN OF SOMERSET
4 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows:
5 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the County of St.
6 Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described property from
7 Rural Residential District to Commercial District:
8 Lot 7 of that Certified Survey Map filed in Volume 20, Page 5165 of Certified Survey
9 Maps in the St. Croix County Register of Deeds. Said lot being located in the NW% of
10 the NE % and the NE% of the NE % of Section 13,T30N, R20W,Town of Somerset, St.
11 Croix County, Wisconsin. Property contains 187,644 square feet (4.31 acres) more or
12 less.
13 and;
14 Part of Lot 3 of that Certified Survey Map filed in Volume 4, Page 1059 lying southerly
15 of Anderson Scout Camp Trail. Said lot being located in the NW% of the NE% of
16 Section 13,T30N, R20W,Town of Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. Property
17 contains 19,600 square feet (0.45 acres) more or less.
18 The official zoning map of the Town of Somerset on file in the Community Development
19 Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.
20 This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in Section 59.14
21 of the Wisconsin Statutes. This ordinance shall not be codified.
