RE: Septic Inspection for Mark & Mary Morse
Address: 715 country View Cr., Hudson, Wisconsin
Dear Mr. Anderson:
An inspection of the septic system for the Martinez residence at
the above location was conducted December 18, 1995. A water sample
was also taken at that time. When we receive the results we will
forward them to you.
The inspection of this septic system was based upon a surface
inspection of said system and did not involve any excavating or
chemical analysis. Accordingly, there is the possibility of hidden
defects in the system not discoverable by this inspection.
At the time of inspection, the septic system appeared to be
functioning properly. However, because of the possibility of these
defects, we cannot guarantee that the system will continue to
function properly in the future. It is recommended that the system
be pumped once every three years. Therefore, the prolonged life of
this system may be dependent upon proper maintenance.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate in contacting
this office.
