, ��, UNTY RESOLUTION CREATING ECONOMIC SUPPORT
SPECIALIST POSITION
1 WHEREAS, in 2012 the St. Croix County Economic Support Unit began administering
2 income maintenance programs and services through a ten (10) county consortium entitled Great
3 River Consortium (GRC); and
4
5 WHEREAS, consortium changes have occurred over time and put more emphasis on the
6 need for call center support and reduced the need for reception coverage in this area; and
7
8 WHEREAS, there is currently a vacant Program Support Specialist position; and
9
10 WHEREAS, it is in the County's best interest to create a new Economic Support
11 Specialist position to handle changes in program needs; and
12
13 WHEREAS, the County can eliminate the vacant Program Support Specialist position to
14 offset the creation of the new Economic Support Specialist position.

16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the St. Croix County Board of
17 Supervisors does hereby create one (1) FTE Economic Support Specialist position and eliminate
18 one (1) FTE Program Support Specialist position in the Health and Human Services Department.
