, ��, UNTY RESOLUTION FOR ADDITIONAL STEP INCREASES FOR
SPECIFIC EMPLOYEES ON THE MCGRATH UNIFORM
COMPENSATION GRID
1 WHEREAS, in 2016 the St. Croix County Board implemented the McGrath Uniform
2 Compensation Grid for all non-represented employees; and

4 WHEREAS, as part of the implementation, Dr. Victoria McGrath recommended the
5 County consider additional steps for employees with six to nine years of service below step six
6 and ten or more years of service below step eight; and

8 WHEREAS, there was $50,000 allocated for consideration of additional step increases in
9 the 2016 budget.

11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the St. Croix County Board of
12 Supervisors does hereby approve one additional step increase effective October 9, 2016 for those
13 employees meeting the criteria outlined in the recommendation by Dr. Victoria McGrath.

Fiscal Impact: $30,371 fiscal impact. $50,000 was budgeted for 2016.
