ST ROUK,,, RESOLUTION TO CHARGE BACK MUNICIPALITIES DUE TO
' ' INCORRECT REAL ESTATE TAXES
1 WHEREAS, there is listed in the 2007 - 2013 tax rolls for the following municipality's
2 parcel shown to be tax delinquent that have been determined to have been incorrectly taxed; and

4 WHEREAS,pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes § 70.74(2), if a county has settled with a
5 municipality for unpaid taxes later found to have been incorrectly assessed, the county board
6 may order such a tax to be charged back to the respective municipality wherein such lands are
7 situated in the clerk's next apportionment of county taxes.

9 THEREFORE,be it resolved that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors authorizes
10 St. Croix County to charge back on the 2017 apportionment of county real estate taxes the
11 following amounts to the respective municipality:
