HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2016 (49) Resolution No. 49 (2016) ST ROI.,w YNTY RESOLUTION APPROVING NEW MCGRATH COMPENSATION GRID WITH .5% COLA ADJUSTMENT EFFECTIVE 1-1-17 1 WHEREAS, St. Croix County implemented the McGrath Compensation Grid effective 2 January 1, 2016; and 3 4 WHEREAS, the compensation plan recommends annual cost of living adjustments to the 5 entire grid to maintain market comparability; and 6 7 WHEREAS, the twelve month CPI index for all items was 1.1%in August 2016; and 8 9 WHEREAS, the County does have limited budgetary funds and tax levying authority 10 due to the State of Wisconsin tax levy limits. 11 12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the St. Croix County Board of 13 Supervisors does hereby authorize updating the McGrath Compensation Grids for 2017 with a 14 .5%increase, effective January 1, 2017.
