TOWN OF WARREN
1 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows-
2 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the
3 County of St. Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following
4 described properties from Rural Residential District to Commercial District-
5 Parcel "A"
6 A parcel of land located in the NE '/4 of the SE '/a of Section 4, T29N, R18W,
7 Town of Warren, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, further described as follows:

9 Commencing at the southeast corner of said Section 4; thence
10 N00048'56"E 1300.55' to the southeast corner of said NE '/4 of the SE 1/4, this
11 being the point of beginning; thence continuing N00048'56"E 207.97' along
12 the east line of said NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 ; thence S89001'07"W 591.24';
13 thence S84009'37"W 475.29'; thence S00051'24"W 155.39' to the south line
14 of said NE '/4 of the SE 1/4 ; thence N89040'54"E 1063.37' along said south
15 line to the point of beginning, containing 205,044 square feet ( 4.707 acres )

19 A parcel of land located in the SW '/4 of the SW '/4 of Section 3, T29N, R18W,
20 Town of Warren, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, further described as follows:

22 Beginning at the southwest corner of said Section 3; thence N00048'56"E
23 416.10' along the west line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 4; thence
24 N81049'27"E 55.00' to the centerline of 120th Street; thence S08010'33"E
25 277.09' along the centerline of said 120th Street; thence continuing along
26 said centerline southeasterly 149.49' along the arc of a 1146.28' radius
27 curve concave to the southwest whose chord bears SO4026'24"E 149.39' to
28 the south line of the SW '/4 of said Section 3; thence S89039'25"W 111.34'
29 along said south line to the point of beginning, containing 36,470 square
30 feet ( 0.837 acres ) more or less.

32 The official zoning map of the Town of Warren on file in the Community
33 Development Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.
34 This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in
35 Section 59.14 of the Wisconsin Statutes. This ordinance shall not be codified.
