, ��, UNTY RESOLUTION INCREASING HEALTH CENTER GENERAL
FUND LOAN

1 WHEREAS, the budget for the $21,420,175 Health Center project included funding with
2 a $670,000 loan from the General Fund; and
3
4 WHEREAS, the pool change orders as well as other change orders on the project have
5 depleted the contingency fund for the Health Center project; and
6
7 WHEREAS, the Health Center is projected to become operationally self-sufficient once
8 fully constructed, licensed and occupied.

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the St. Croix County Board of
11 Supervisors authorize an increase in the General Fund loan to the Health Center construction
12 project from $670,000 up to $1,000,000 as needed to complete the construction project.

14 FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby
15 affirm the terms of the loan at zero percent interest until January 1, 2019 at which time the
16 interest rate will be fixed at 1.5% annually and start to accrue until repaid; repayment priority for
17 the Health Center shall be first to cover annual operating expenses, second to cover accrued fund
18 balance deficit, if any, third to cover general fund loan until fully repaid and fourth to offset
19 Health Center bonds.

undesignated fund balance.
