Arrangements for inspection shall be made with the designated county official in accordance with the provisions of Sec. 145.20(2)(d), Wis. Stats. • A state approved effluent filter is required. Maintenance information must be given to the owner of the tank explaining that periodic cleaning- of the filter is required. • All POWTS component piping material shall be SPS 384, Wis. Adm. Code compliant. • The area within 15' downslope of the dispersal cell shall remain undisturbed. Dispersal cell media conforms to EZflow products approved for use with the EZflow Mound Componew Manual Ver. August 20, 2007. Media is covered with an approved geotextile fabric. Ail gravity and pressure piping materials conform to the requirements in SPS 384. Wis. Adm. Code. 4. Tillage of the basal area is accomplished with a mold board or chisel plow. 5. The mound structure and other disturbed areas will be seeded and mulched to prevent soil e[usion and help reduce frost penetration.
