ST R0LINTY AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING

OF STANTON
1 ORDINANCE NO.
2 AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE,
3 SECTION 20, T31N, R17W, TOWN OF STANTON
4 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows-
5 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the
6 County of St. Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following
7 described property-
8 From AG-1 Agricultural District to AG-2 Agricultural District
9 A parcel of land described as the SW '/4 of the SE '/4 and the SE '/4 of the SW
10 1/4 , except the west 660.5 feet, located in Section 20, T31 N, 17W, Town of
11 Stanton, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
12 The official zoning map of the Town of Stanton on file in the Community
13 Development Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.
14 This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in
15 Section 59.14 of the Wisconsin Statutes. This ordinance shall not be codified.
