ST C R G TY AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AMENDED ZONING DISTRICT
MAPS FOR 17 OF 21 ST. CROIX COUNTY,WI TOWNS
1 WHEREAS., Wisconsin's Farmland Preservation Program, Chapter 91 :of Wisconsin
.2 State'Statutes was repealed and recreated under 2009 Wis Act 28; and
3
4 WHEREAS, Chapter 17 Zoning of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances trust
5 reflect the policies set forth in the certified Farmland Preservation Plan and the St. Croix County
6 Comprehensive Plan,a-rad comply with the neve Ch. 91 of the Wisconsin Statues; and
7
8 WHEREAS, substantival changes to the zoning ordinance were made, considered a
9 `comprehensive revision" subject to Wisconsin Statutes § 59.69(5)(d), and adopted via
14 Ordinance No. 826(241.3)by St.Croix County's Board of Supervisors on October 1"2413;and

1.2 WHEREAS, each respective Town Board recommended approval of their town zoning
13 district map,Iattached.; and

15 WHEREAS,copies of the maps were accessible.for viewing at the Government Center in
16 Hinson;the Agricultural Services Center in Baldwin.,and online; and.

18 WHEREAS, the ,St. Croix County Community Development Committee held a duly
19 advertised public hearing regarding the amended town. zoning district maps and recommended
20 approval..

22 THEREFORE,the St.Croix County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows:

24 The amended zoning district maps of the following towns, on file with the Zoning
25 Administrator in the Community Development Department(see attached maps),are hereby
26 adopted and incorporated as part of the St.Croix County Zoning Ordinance,Chapter 17.
