Ordinance
The County Board of Supervisors of St . Croix County,
Wisconsin does ordain as follows: j;
Any person who intentional I y does any of the fol lowing i s
guilty of a violation of this Ordinance and shall be penalized as
provided in Section 7 of this Ordinance:
Section I .
Has or offers to have or requests to have nonmarital sexual
intercourse for any thing of any value.
Section 2.
Commits or offers to commit or requests to corrmit an act of
sexual gratification, in public or in private, involving the sex
organ of one person and the mouth or anus of another for any
thing of value.
Section 3.
Masturbates a person or offers to masturbate a person or
requests to be masturbated by a person for any thing of value.
Section 4.
Commits or offers to conmi t or requests ests to c
omm i t a n act ct of
sexual contact for any thing of value.
Section 5.
Solicits another to have nonmarital sexual intercourse or to
commit an act of sexual grat i f i cation, in pub t i c or, in private,
involving the sex organ of one person and the mouth or anus of
another, masturbation or sexual contact with a person the solici-
tor knows is a prostitute.
Section 6.
With intent to facilitate another in having nonmarital
intercourse or committing an act of sexual gratification, in
public or in private, involving the sex organ of one person and
the mouth or anus of another, masturbation or sexual
contact tact with
a prostitute, directs or transports the person to a prostitute or
directs or transports a prostitute to the person.
Section 7. Penalty.
Any person who violates this ordinance shall , upon convic-

tion, be subject to a forfeiture of not more than $500 together
with costs of prosecution and penalty assessment, and in default
of payment of such forfeiture and costs , shall be subject to
imprisonment in the county jail until such forfeiture and costs
can be paid, but not to exceed 30 days.
Section 8.
Any future amendments, revisions , or modifications of

Wisconsin Statutes Section 944.30, incorporated herein, are
intended to be made part of this Ordinance as such amendments,
revisions, or modifications are made to said Statutes.
This Ordinance 'hall take effect and be in force from and
after its
