ORDINANCE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR REZONENENT OF LAND TO
'COMMERCIAL FROM AGRICULTURE

WHEREAS, the Statutes"of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to'act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Compre-
hensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to

review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations
to the County Boardforaction, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee
has fulfilled its duties on the petition of DONALD W. JENSEN.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to
Commercial from Agriculture the following land:
A parcel of approximately four acres located in the SE14 of the
SE14 of Section 23, T28N-R19W, Town of Troy.
This is only for Donald W. Jensen's use and is not assignable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the St. Croix County

Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action
