WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
County planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the 'request of the County Board this committee is to
review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations
to the County Board for action, and

WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee

has fulfilled its duties on the petition of LAFE L. KNUTSON.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to
Residential from Commercial the following land:
Afive plus acre parcel of land located in the NE4 of the NEI of
Section 12 T31N-R19W Town of Somerset. This is only for Lafe Knutson's ''
use and is not assignable.
NOW THEREFORE,-BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the St. Croix County
Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action
for the adoption of the same.
