COMMERCIAL FROM AGRICULTURE
ORDINANCE N0.
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the 'State of Wisconsin provides for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
County planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Compre-
hensive
omPre-hensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to
review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations
to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS,. the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee
has fulfilled its duties on the petition of LOWELL RIVARD.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to
Commercial from Agriculture the following:
A parcel of land of approximately four acres, located in the SES
of the NE14 of the NE1 of Section 5, T30N-R19W, Town of Somerset.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the St. Croix County
Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action
for the adoption of the same.
