INDUSTRIAL FROM COMMERCIAL
ORDINANCE NO. -6-11N)
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
County planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehen-
sive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committe, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to
review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations
to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee
has fulfilled its duties on the petition of. THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF BALDWIN.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to
Industrial from Commercial the following:
A parcel of land located in the NE14 of the NE14 of Section 25,
T29N-R17W, Town of Hammond.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the St. Croix County
Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action
for the adoption of the same..
