COMMERCIAL FROM AGRICULTURE

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee .to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St . Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committe, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of the BANK OF
NEW RICHMOND. j
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement to Commercial from Agriculture the following land :
A parcel of ten acres located in the NW1/4 of the NW1/4 of
Section 20, T31N-R16W, Town of Cylon. This is for John Anton's use only,
and is not assignable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the St . Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and
take action for the adoption of the same .
