The County Board of Supervisors of St. Croix County, Wisconsin does ordain as
follows:
Section 1.
Whoever in a public or private place, engages in violent, abusive, indecent,
profane, boisterous, unreasonably loud or otherwise disorderly conduct under circum-
stances in which the conduct tends to cause or provoke a disturbance is guilty of
a violation of this ordinance and shall be penalized as provided in Section 2 of
this ordinance.
Section 2. Penalty.
Any person who violates this ordianace shall, upon conviction, be subject to a
forfeiture of not more than $500 together with costs of prosecution and penalty assess-
ment; and in default of payment of such forfeiture and costs, shall be subject to
imprisonment in the County Jail until such forfeiture and costs be paid, but not to exceec
30 days.
Section 3.
St. Croix County ordinance 45(59), the previous disorderly conduct ordinance,
is hereby repealed.
Section 4.
Any future amendments, revisions, or modifications of Wisconsin Statutes section
947.01, incorporated herein, are intended to be made part of this ordinance as such
amendments, revisions, or modifications are made to said Statutes.
'Ibis ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its proper
passage and publication pursuant to Wisconsin Law.
