WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to County

planning and zoning, and �
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to
review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations
to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee ¢.
has fulfilled its duties on the petition of the FEDERAL LAND BANK ASSOCIATION.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning,
and Parks Committee recommends denial for the rezonement to Ag-Residential
from Agricultural the following:
An 8.969 acre parcel of land located in the NAA of the NE4 of See-
tion 27, T28N-R17W, Town of Rush River. �!
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the St. Croix County
Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action for
the adoption of the same.
