AGRICULTURE TO AGRICULTURE-RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO.
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to County
planning and zoning, and.
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee, and,
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to
review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its .recommendations
to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee
has fulfilled its duties on the petition of JOHN MAULE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning and Parks Committee recommends denial for the rezonement to
Agriculture-Residential from Agriculture the following land:
A 21.805 acre of land located in the SWk of the NW4 of Section 30,
T28N-R17W, Town of Pleasant Valley.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that :the St. Croix County
Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action for _
the adoption of the same.
