AGRICULTURE-RESIDENTIAL FROM AGRICULTURE
ORDINANCE NO. /o WSJ
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
County planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehen-
sive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee,. and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to
review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations j
to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee
has fulfilled its duties on the petition of RICHARD 0. ENLOE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to
Agriculture-Residential from Agriculture the following land:
A 10.3 acre parcel of land located in the Wj of the SWk of Section
15, T28N-R19W, Town of Troy.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the St. Croix County
Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action
for the adoption of the same.
