. WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
County planning and zoning, and E

WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Compre-
hensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to
review petitions., hold public hearings, and report its recommendations,
to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee
has fulfilled its duties on the petition of MARK AND JANINE EMERSON.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to
Agriculture-Residential from Agriculture the following land:
A parcel of land located in the NW-16, of the SWk of Section 18,
T31N-R17W, Town of Stanton.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the St. Croix County
Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action
for the adoption of the same.
