ORDINANCE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR REZONEMENT OF LAND TO
AGRICULTURE TO AGRICULTURE-RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. ��>
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to County
planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to
review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations to

the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has
fulfilled its duties on the petition of JOSEPH PERSICO.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning
and Parks Committee recommends approvalg for the rezonement to A riculture-
Residential from Agriculture the following land:
A 5 acre parcel of land located in the SEk of the NWk of Section 31,
T27N-R19W, Town of Troy.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the St. Croix County r
Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action for
the adoption of the same.
