WHEREAS, the Statutes of the Stite,of Wisconsin provides for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act ]n"ell matto.xs';pertai,ning ,to
County planning and zoning, and
7HEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Compre-
hensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to
review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations
to the County Board for action, and

WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee
has fulfilled its duties on the petition of STEPHEN J. MARTELL.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approyal for the4.rezonement to
Commercial from Ag-Residential the following land;'
A parcel of land located in the NEk of the NWk of Section 4, °!
T30N-R19W, Town of Somerset,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDATNEA that the S,t. Croix Couny
Board consider the said recommendations as`presented and take acti
