COMMERCIAL FROM AG-RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO.
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State' of,Wisconsin provides for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in. all:matters pertainingjto
County planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board-has established the Compre-
hensive Planning, Zoning and Parks ComrAttee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to
review petitions, hold public hearings, 'and, report its recommendations ,
to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the. Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee
has fulfilled its duties on the petition of BEN LE MIRE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Plannirfi ,
Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to
Commercial from Ag-Residential the following land:
An eight (8) acre parcel of land located in the NEk of the NEk.
of Section 4, T31N-R19W, TownofSomerset
This is for Mr. Le Mire's use only, arid. shall revert to Agriculture-
Residential should Mr. Le Mireggo oµt' of business.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the St. Croix Cot�x}ty
Board consider the said recommendations 49'presented and`iake action
for the adoption of the same.
