COMMERCIAL FROM AG-RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. / 3 I/
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
County planning and .zoning,. and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning; and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to I;
review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations
�o the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee
has fulfilled its duties on the petition of TED and BETTY GULICH.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to
Commercial from Ag-Residential the following land:
A parcel of approximately five (5) acres located in the NE4 of the SE14
of Section 15, T29N-R18W, Town of Warren. This is only for TED AND BETTY
GULICH'S use and is not assignable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the St. Croix County

Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action
for the adoption of the same, f,
