INDUSTRIAL FROM AG-RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 3 L �
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
County planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and.Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to
review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations
to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee

has fulfilled its duties on the petition of S AND S COATINGS.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for .the rezonement to
Industrial from Ag-Residential the following land:
A 4.25 acre parcel located in the SWk of the NW'-4 of Section 7,
T31N-R18W, Town of Star Prairie.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the St. Croix County
Board consider the said recommendation as presented and take action
for the adoption of the same.
