COMMERCIAL FROM AG-RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO.
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of WisconsinP rovide for..a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
County planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to
review petitions, hold public hearings„ and report its recommendations.
to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks, Committee
has fulfilled its duties on the petition of HAMMOND STATE BANK.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to
Commercial from Ag-Residential the following land:
