COMMERCIAL FROM AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. PP- <��)
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matterspertaining to County
planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to
review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations
to the County Board for action., and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee
has fulfilled its duties on the petition of WERNER OTTO.
I,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to
Commercial from Agricultural-Residential the following land:
Approximately a one-half (lz) acre parcel of land located in the
NES of. the SW4 of Section 3, T30N-R18W, Town of Richmond.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the St. Croix County 'I-il.
Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action
for the adoption of the same.
