ORDINANCE RECOMMENDING DENIAL FOR REZONEMENT OF LAND TO
COMMERCIAL FROM AG-RESIDENTIAL

WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to County
planning and zoning,
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
i.
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to
review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations
to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee
has fulfilled its duties on the petition of TOM E. LOVICK.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning f
and Parks Committee recommends denial for the rezonement to Commercial from
Ag-Residential the following land:
A parcel of land of approximately twenty-two (22) acres located in the
SE4 of the NW4 of Section 5, T30N-R19W, Town of Somerset.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the St. Croix County

Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action for
the adoption of the same.
