ORDINANCE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR REZONEMENT OF LAND TO
COMMERCIAL FROM AG-RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO. =_� 74�,
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State. of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to County
planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to
review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations to
the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee has
fulfilled its duties on the petition of DONALD & FLORENCE NORTON.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning,

and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to Commercial from
Ag-Residential the following land:

A three (3) acre parcel of land located in the NW-4 of the NW-4 of
Section 2, T31N-R19W, Town of Somerset.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the St. Croix County Board
consider the said recommendations as presented and take action for the

adoption of the same. f
