WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to County
planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to
review petitions, bold public hearings, and report its recommendations to
the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has
fulfilled its duties on the petition of MICHAEL FAUST.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning,
and Parks Committee recommends a-pproval for the rezonement to Commercial from
Ag-Residential the following land:
A one (1) acre parcel located in the SW-4 of the NE14 of Section 4,
T30N-R18W, Town of Richmond.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the St. Croix County Board i.
consider the said recommendations as presented and take action for the
adoption of the same.
