Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the action taken by the ' 1 TL)wn Board of the Township of Baldw,ia and the recotpm6ndation by the St. Croix County, Comprehens:ive Zoning, Parks and Planning Committee x� ,p are hereby approved as follows: I 1) The Town of Baldwin is hereby rezoned from agricultural- residential to agricultural district as more particularly set forth in the St. Croix County Zoning; Ordinance Section 2.4 EXCEPT those areas excluded from the agricultural district on the official Township of Baldwin Zoning Map, which is incorporatedI by reference as more -par- ticularly set forth in said Zoning Map which is 'filed with the St, Croix County Zoning Administrator, with a copy,being retained by the " St. Croix County Clerk. of 2) Parcels may be rezoned from the Township of Baldwin agricultural dis rict to any of the other, zoning districts as more particularly set forth in the St. Croix County Zoning,Ordinance if �l the parcels meet any or all of the criteria set forth in Attachment A to this, Ordinance, which is hereby incorporated by reference. ;t'I This Ordinance shall take effect upon proper passage andi'' l;r publication according to Wisconsin law. ; Ai Dated this day of_ "C- 1953. The parcel istoo small to be economically used for agri- cultural purposes or is inaccessible for farm machinery needed to produce tand `harvest agricul.t,ural products. 2. The parcel has nothad a history of economically viable farming activities. i 3. Cinsideration' has been given to the preservation of woodlands and Wildlife; areas. 4. TI-ie land has . less productive soils titan SCS classes 1, II AND III. S. R,)ads and "driveways shall be; permitted to cross agricul- tural"Land to reach non-farm development only if a. Minimal amounts of land :are removed from agricultural use. h. The road'- or driveway does not interfere with agricul- tural, activities on adjacent land. 12. CROIX COUNTY RESOLUTIONS FOR REZONING WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes,;Section 60.74 at seq. provides a, procedure for a Town 'Hoard .to recommend their zoning districts be changed within its Township with the final approval being made by the County. Board in counties having'a Zoning Ordinance, and WHEREAS, the_ Town Hoard of the Township of Baldwin received the following requests from 53 landowners to rezone all their agriculture-rasidential land to agriculture, and Z, landowners to rezone all their land from agriculture to agriculture-residential, and the changing of 3 parcels of land from agrloultur64residantisl to commercial. THEREFORE, the Town Board of the township of Baldwin meeting on Feb. 8, 1983, at a regular .board meeting, approved by a vote of 3-0 to petition the 3t. Croix County Board to rezone the lands =owned;by the following landowners to their respoctive ;zoning districts as particularly set forth on the official Township of Baldwin Zoning Map, and that the follow- ing ertandarda, as '_&at forth in the attachmentenclosed, be considered when parcels of land are rezoned from the Township of Fialdwin_agricultural district to any of the other zoning districts as more' partioula-rly stated in the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.'
