4JREREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to County
planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County, Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning and Parks' Committee, and
W1IE1A , at the request of the County Board this committee is to -
reuiekS p8ttipttS, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations to

WHEREAS, the Comprehensive,Planning, Zoning and Parks , Committee

NOW THEREFORE, BE JT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Planning, ,
Zoning -and Paris Committee recommends approval for the rezoneme.nt to
