HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1983 (75) O ORDINANCE RECOMMENDING DENIAL FOR REZONEMENT OF LAND TO RESIDENTIAL FROM AGRICULTyU/RAL-RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to County planning and zoning, and WHEREAS , the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee, and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations to the County Board for action, and 0 WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of I. H.& HARRIET EIYNCK. NOW THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Planning, -- io Zoning and Parks Committee recommends denial for the rezonement to Residential from Agricultural-Residential the following land: Approximately a five (5) acre parcel of land located in the SE%4 of SE14, Section 19, T28N-R18W, Kinnickinnic Township. u NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the St. Croix County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action for 4 i the adoption of the same. e - DATED THIS © DAY OF 1983.
