WIjkEREAS , 'S't. Croix County has adopted a Flood Plain
Ordinance that has been approved by the, St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors and;

WHEREAS, the St. Croix Count Board of Adjustment has

found said maps to be deficient as to delinea,'ting the
I
flood plain of the EZ of the SWC of Section 12, T2'9N-R19W,
Township of Hudson and; -
WHEREAS, it becomes necessary to amend said maps to
comply with the St. Croix County Flood Plain Ordinance;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED that the St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors , meeting in regular session, act on
correcting the Flood Plain Map as amended; ;_
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Amendment shall take
effect upon passage and proper publication according to
Wisconsin Statutes.
