TO COMMERCIAL FROM AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL

WHEREAS, the Statutes of .the State of Wisconsin provide for a
planning and zoning committee to act in all. matters pertaining to County
planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS;. the 'St. Croix County Board has established the Compre-
hensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request -of the County Board this committee is to
review'petitions, hold public hearings and report its recommendations to
to the County Board for action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee
has fulfilled its 'duties on the petition of 'William H, and Mary Ann
Derrick.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval for the`rezonement to
Commercial from Agricultural-Residential the following land:
Part of- the Southwest One Quarter (SWI) of the Southwest
One Quarter (SW 4) of Section Fourteen (14) , Township
Thirty '(30) North, Range Eighteen '(18) West, 'Town of
Richmond, St. CroiX, County, Wisconsin.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT'FURTHER ORDAINED that the St, Croix
County Board of Supervisors aorisider the said recommendations as present-
ed and take action for th0_ adoption of the same.
