FOR REZONEMENT OF THE PROPERTY OF HARVEY CHRISTENSEN'

WHEREAS; The statutes of, the State of Wisconsin provides for a
zoning and planning committee to act in all matters
pertaining to county zoning and planning; and
WHEREAS; The St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Zoning; Parks and Planning Committee; and
WHEREAS; At the request of the County Board, this Committee is to
review petitions,; hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action; and
WHEREAS; The Comprehensive Zoning, Parks and Planning Committee has
fullfilled its duties on the petition of Harvey Christensen.
Now, Therefore, Be It Ordained that the Comprehensive Zoning, Parks
and Planning Committee recommends approval for the rezonement of
2 3/4 acres of the property of Harvey Christensen, located in the
SE%, of the SE�4, ' Section 31, T31N-R17W,Stanton Township., The petition
is 'to ,rezone the land from Agriculture-Residential to Commercial.','
Now, Therefore, Be It Further Ordained that the St. Croix County
Board consider said recommendations as presented and take action
for the adoption of the same.
