FOR REZONEMENT OF THE PROPERTY OF LESTER MARTELL

WHEREAS; The statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides for a
zoning and planningcommittee` to act in all matters
pertaining to county zoning and planning; and
WHEREAS; The St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Zoning, Parks and Planning ' Committee; and
WHEREAS;- At the request of the County Board, this Committee is to
review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action; and
WHEREAS; The Comprehensive Zoning, Parks and Planning Committee has
fullfilled its duties on the petition of Lester Martell.
Now, Therefore, Be It Ordained that the Comprehensive Zoning, Parks
and Planning Committee recommends approval for ,the rezonement of Lots
nine through nineteen, located in the Crestview Subdivision, located in
the SW4 of the SE4, Section 30, T31NOR18W, Star Prairie Township. The
petition is to rezone from Agriculture-Residential to Residential.
Now, Therefore, Be It Further Ordained that the St. Croix County
Board consider said recommendations as presented and take action for
the adoption of the same.
