ORDINANCE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
FOR RtZONEMF.NT OF THE PROPERTY OF JERRY LEQUE
Ordinance Number,
WVzEREAS; The statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides',for
zoning and planning committee to act in all matters
pertaining to county zoning and planning; and ,
WFIEREAS;> The St. Croix Qount'y Board hasestablished the Comprehensive,
Zoning, `Parks and Planning Committee-; and
WHEREAS; At the request of the County Board, this Committee is to
review petitions,, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action; and
WHEREAS; The Comprehensive Zoning, Parks and Planning Co'mmitt'ee has
fulfilled its duties on the petition of Jerry LeQue.
Now, Thexeforc, Be It Ordained that the Comprehensive Zoning, Parks
and Planning Committee recommends approval for the rezonement of
ten acres of the property of Jerry:LeQue, located in the ,Aj of 'the
NE k, Section 4, T30N-R19W, Somerset Township from Agricultural-
Residential to Commercial,
NpTw, Therefore, Belt Further Ordained that the St. Croix County
Board consider said recommendations as presented and take. action
for the `adoption of the same, '
