COMMERCIAL FROM RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO.
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides for a
planning and zoning committee to act in all matters pertaining to County
planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations
to the County Board for action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee
has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Metro "500", Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to

commercial from residential the following land.
Town of St. Joseph, County of St. Croix, Wisconsin, more
particularly described as: The South 185.0 feet of the North 580.0
feet of the East 390.0 feet of Government Lot 4, Section 22, Township
30 North, Range 20 West.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take I
