COMMERCIAL FROM RESIDENTIAL
ORDINANCE NO.
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides for a
planning and zoning committee to act in all matters pertaining to County
planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is
to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations
to the County Board for action; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee
has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Grace Henne.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to
commercial from residential the following land. !!

A parcel of land located in part of Gov't Lot 4, Section 22,
T30N-R20W, St. Joseph Township; St. Croix County, Wisconsin, further
described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Gov't
Lot 4; thence South, 150.00 feet to the point of beginning of this
description; thence continuing South 245.00 feet; thence N 890-55'-00" W,
390.00 feet; thence South, 185.00 feet; thence N 890-55' -00" W,
270.00 feet; thence North, 431.65 feet; thence S 890-46'-26" E,
660.00 feet to the point of beginning. g
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take
action for the adoption of the same.
