ORDINANCE RECOMMENDING DENIAL FOR REZONEMENT OF
LAND TO RESIDENTIAL FROM C/OOMERICAL.
ORDINANCE NO.
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides for .
planning and zoning committee to act in all matters pertaining to .
County planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and I
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to
review petitions , hold public hearings and report its recommendatians
to the County Board for action; and
WHEREAS_, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee
has fulfilled its duties on the petition of MJV Enterprises, Inc. ,
doing business as Snowcrest Ski Area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning and Parks Committee recommends denial for the rezonement"to .'
