WHEREAS petition :number 77-11 was received by the St.
Croix County Clerk on December 22, 1977, and was referred by the Clerk
to the St. Croix County Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee which Committee held a public hearing on the matter January
16, 1978, preceeded by proper notice pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes;
and
WHEREAS the St. Croix County Comprhensive Planning. Zoning
and Parks Committee recomended adoption of the Ordinance setforth
below tDcarry out the intent of this petition.
ORDAINED
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 1128b V)bI by the St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors that the following Ordinance be adopted:
Create Section 5.2.4 in the St. Croix
County Zoning Ordinance to read as follows:
5.2.4 Interpretation
